Wal-mart Customer Service


Me and my wife got to the check out area and guess what, as normal 40 people in line and 2 checkers. Why do they build stores with 20 registers and use only 2 checkers? We spend $270- $330 a week on food and dog food and snacks. Not counting big items such as TV's and other items. When I complained to a manager after over 40 minutes of waiting I was told she didn't like rude customers. However I don't like stores that make you wait all day like you nothing else to do but stand in their line.This store is on HWY 51 in Weatherford ,Texas. All the profits they make and low salaries they pay they should keep lots of help on hand for their customers. Too many big shots making millions a year instead of hiring more help to properly run their stores. Good bye Wal-Wart, had rather pay a little more and not spend my whole day in one of your improperly run stores.
