Walmart Truck looses tire treads

On Tuesday 9/16/15 at 6:45, a Walmart truck/rig was in front of us in our Honda 2008 on I35 exit 207. The Walmart truck suddenly lost a large piece of tire tread which hit our car and caused extensive damage not only to the hood of the car but since we had to go over it, it caused damage underneath the car I,e the radiator is cracked. we have to take our vehicle in for an estimate of all damages.

Please let us know how Walmart can help with our repair expenses.
