    I would have to say that Walmart is the very worst shopping experience anywhere. Most of the employees are rude and usually look so unhappy. They treat you like they hate their jobs and don't want your business. You walk in Safeway and it really makes you feel good to shop there; Safeway treats you with dignity and respect--and treats you like you are a valued customer. Walmart is just extremely opposite.   • wal-mart price match



    i went to the wayne wv wal-mart today to get a bag of potatoes and was going to price match aldi's, who had a 10lb bag of russet potatoes for $1.99 i picked up a 10lb bag of potatoes that said grown in idaho on the front of the bag but the tag around them said burbank russet. the wal-mart manager named travis proceeds to tell me that i cant purchase the for the aldi price because they were'nt russet so i showed him the tag he said they were idaho and i told him their is no such thing as a idaho potatoe their all ruusset just some are grown in idaho and the aldi's ad...   • Walmart Lake Hallie, Chippewa Falls, WI No checkouts



    It seems to be a recurring theme at this particular Walmart that checkout lanes are at a premium. Your only choice is self service because they don't bother opening any extra lanes. I think they should have a disclaimer at the door that says: In order for you to save money we are going to eliminate customer service. At least you know ahead of time and if you make that choice, it's your problem. It's bad enough that you're cutting hours or eliminating a paycheck for someone in hopes that people will use self serve, but you're giving poor customer service as well. More...

    I have been purchasing pull-on stretch jeans from Walmart for many, many years. You used to handle White Stag from Eqypt but now you're buying these same style jeans from White Stag only they are from Bangladish. The ones from Bangladish are just junk. The material is very thin and has flaws all over. The sizing of the jeans is also very different. I really wish you would go back to the previous type jean or something of better quality.     I would like to report an unethical behavior of Walmart.com.   • You ruined my night.



    Tonight my night was ruined. after the many weekends of enjoying a shopping trip through walmart just for the fun of it, my friend was harassed by a worker.     My daughter was shopping at the Wallingford, Ct Super Wall-mart and while shopping her heart monitor started displaying a signal to call in now! When she approached the person she was told was the manager and explained her situation the manager asked her if it was a local call.     They advertise you don't need the add for a price match.I was doing a price match and cashier questioned the price because there was a $3.00 difference.   • Baby in cart



    Sam Walton would probably roll over in his grave if he saw the commercial where a mother comments to her husband that their baby girl needs to learn to walk so she won't take up room in the cart so her mother can stuff it with goods on sale.     Walmart's website offers an incredibly poor "search engine" to locate products at their stores in your surrounding area. First; only a "50 mile" area is offered. Second; (and probily the frustrating) once an item is located, no store location ie. what town or city,address, or phone number is given.     I have seen your most recent TV commercial, showing a mother and father shopping for bargains, the mother is seen saying to the father that the baby need to learn to walk because she is taking up value cart space.     This is my second letter compaining about the grocery department. I have grown disgusted with this department. I shop WalMart 2 to 3 times a week. I will limit my trips if there are no improvements. I have complained about purchasing items, i.e. Pringles, only to open a can and find nothing but crumbs, not whole chips.     On Black Friday of this year, I purchased 2 pairs of Wrangler jeans for my grandson, size 7 slim for $7.97 a pair. On December 26th, I returned these two pairs of jeans for an even exchange for a size 6 slim. When I went to make my exchange, the cashier stated that I owed a total of $10.15.     I had three things to check out, I didn't have enough money. I was in the self check out line. The employee working that area came to help me and I smelt the alcohol on her breath.     I used to love Walmart,it was so nice to be able to get all my shopping done in one place.     I bought my 16 month old daughter a pair of winter boots from walmart they were of the faded glory brand.     My sister and I went shopping on Black Friday to the Walmart on Dezvala in San Antonio, Texas. It was the most unorganized shopping trip I have ever been on. There was no control of the cash out lines. We stood in line for over 2 hours just to have people push in front of us.     The tv adds say that wm has layaway.[period] I tried to put Christmas things in layaway at the Maysville rd wm in Fort Wayn IN.     The Colby, KS Walmart has poor customer service. Many of the verious departments have no one in them to help you. You then have to go looking for someone to help you and IF you find someone they tell you that is not their area and they call on their walkie talkie or the nearest phone for customer service to that area and no one ever shows up to help!!!   • Wrongly priced coupons



    Using 2-3 coupons at the Walmart at Parmer and I-35 is like pulling teeth. Some items were marked the wrong prices and as a result , I got charged double at the counter (e.g.johnson baby shampoo $2.47 came up to $4.47 each).     For 2 1/2 years, I have been trying to place an order with local Walmart stores for several cases of a household cleaning product made by Arm & Hammer.     I paid >$200 for a gas Brinkman BBQ grill on 9/5/11 at Wal-Mart in Orange, TX. The box stated it wd be assembled free. I asked how long I had to wait for assembly and was told no more than 3 days. I checked w/the store on 9/8/11 and was told assembler was off & wd be back 9/9/11.     I enjoy shopping at wal-mart , great deals. I also love the price matching deal. But on more then a few occasions the cashiers are very rude and act completely inconvienced when you hand them coupons, ive lost savings on products multiple times due to cashiers not paying attention or simply saying i couldnt use it, i feel i try to make the transaction for them as easy as possible my coupons are always seperated and neatly stacked.     I adopted my 3-year-old son from foster care and he receives WIC coupons.I attempted to purchase a bottle of Welch's white grape juice. It was a bonus bottle, so instead of the usual 64 ounces, it had 50% more free,making it a 96 ounce bottle. The cashiertried to ring it up but she couldn't.     I shop at Wal mart A LOT. It is were I buy most things. Today I went in to buy speakers for my computer, and a wireless mouse and keyboard.     Usually purchase only boneless, skinless, chicken breasts; however, sitting next to the Great Value packages of breasts was one for thighs. I (wrongfully) assumed these, too, would be boneless/skinless.
