Bad customer service - complaint


I tried to return a eureka vaccum that still In a box that hasn't been open or used nor assembled. Meaning it's brand new..I bought the vaccum few months ago at Walmart mt. Pocono PA and lost the receipt. Due to hectic work that involves traveling I just didn't have time to return it right away. The cashier told me they have policy.. and policy is a policy..this is the same cashier that accepted worn out merchandise and give refund to a customer when I had to return merchandise before..then she told me I can exchange the vaccum..so she called her supervisor. The Supevisor was telling me to call the vaccum com. Why? I bought the vaccum in the store. Then she also said I can exchange it. So I told her ok. Then she turn around and Interview me, why I want to exchange it. I told her if I'm going to keep

another vacuum I'd like to exchange it to what I have now( dirt devil brand). Then in the end all that

talking and made me wait for half an hour. I end up bringing the vacuum back home wifh me..the

cashier was rude and while I'm standing on the side

of the counter. She was whispering to another

cashier that I'm a liar, I just want to get money from your store. The money that im trying to get back

was mine in a first place..in return you get your

merchandise back..This incident happen yesterday Sunday@2:00pm (03-12-17). This store was always dirty and sales associate are rude. But I do go back and shop to this store, instead of shopping to our military store. But, this time I will never go back to this mt. Pocono Walmart ever again and I will let friends and family to not shop In this Walmart location.
