Canceling online order - Walmart
my last order Number: 2677290-692448
walmart, kept cancelling my orders way too many times even though i contacted them via phone and e-mails. they couldn't tell me what exactly is wrong. they advised me what to do. i followed their advice.but they kept cancelling my order. they say you failed to pass our security checks. what is that exactly i did not pass. i use same card everywhere without problem. i asked them to call me and verify whatever they want to verify. no one called. they fail at customer satisfaction. they cannot honor their word.
no one was able to solve this problem. it's been more than a month.
i cannot even talk to a person who can make it right. there is no one to talk to.
this is basicly what happens;i place an order, they cancel it. i email them, i called them. they tell me what to do. i do what they say. they cancel again, i call , e-mail again. no progress whatsoever. i'm very disappointed with them.
