I sent my daughter.in-law a $50 check in a card for her birthday. The birthday card was stolen from her mailbox. The check was used to purchase goods from the Walmart Store in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota........for $276,43. How can Walmart let this happen? The check had to have original information crossed out in order to use it and a cashier had to have let it go by without looking at the information on the check. Check cashing policies need to be reviewed! So disappointed!
