Crazy handicapt spaces

Ok so why are there so many handicapt spacs in the parking lot? There are always many empty handicapt spaces open and I can never find a parking space close to the doors. I think Wal-Mart needs to work on this problem and the problem of carts lying around and garbage, too. I think the parking lot should have less hamdicapt spaces and be more clean and apealing.

I am handicapped and the courtesy of a handicapped parking space that is not filled with a robust, healthy person illegally parked seems like a small consideration. Be greatful you have two working legs and can walk the extra 50-75 feet that are allowed for those less fortunate. I would love to walk that far! In our area the problem is the handicapped spots are usually full, not alway by handicapped!
