Again the manager at the WalMart on Denver Ave in Loveland has failed to address customer complaints about handicapped parking. When I mentioned to a very able body driver that they were parking in handicapped parking without proper permit the response was Shut up or I will come over there and knock you out of that chair. Is this the type of safe environment that Walmart professes to have.The manager was notified many times of violations only to reply that Corporate guidelines only allow him to call authorities.I have done this only to find it is not as top priority. I guess it will be when I am seriously injured because of the managers lack of skills in handling public affairs. I do not look forward to injury but if it happens I will be prepared for action. I was shopping at walmarts today, I spent alot of money there as usual, but I purchased 30 dollars worth of makeup besides other things, over 100 dollars worth of products, the teller no 8 did not give me my make up with my other sacks of merchadise, I called back immediately and told them , the associate went and ask the teller if she had my makeup she said, she had given it ot me the girl , said thats too bad but we can't give you the makeup you lost, she meaning the teller gave it to you, I said no she did not, I want to talk to the manager, the manager said come back out , so I did, I had to wait while they went and looked at the sulviance camera, she came back and said you right, she gave it to the person behind you. I also told her the cashier tried to give me something the person in front of me had left , ear phones for a radio , I said those are not mine. I was honest, I feel like I was made out to be the bad guy, I should have got more than a apology for all that, driving back out there and also waiting for them to look at the sullvilance camera. The manager should have pulled the cashier a side and told her about making me look bad , when in fact it was the casher telling a lie, saying she gave it to me with you see on the camera , she was the one who made the mistake , 2 customers in a role, I would like a reply from some one at wal-marts, to tell me how they feel, about a good customer, getting this treatment for being honest.
