I will no longer shop through Walmart.com. I have been very disappointed by their customer service. I placed an order online on August 9th to be shipped to the store. It was a bundle order that had 5 items one of which I needed by August 21st. When I ordered, it said delivery is 7-10 days which should have put it at around the 16th-18th. So I ordered it thinking it would be here well before I needed it. Well after I ordered it the tracking said delivery is expected on the 20th. That's pushing it! Well that would still be here before I needed it. Well today I get on to check the tracking, hoping that maybe it would get their earlier since it has been 10 days. Boy was I wrong! It is now delayed until the 22nd! I don't see how it can be this delayed when it is coming from the exact same facility as another item from the bundle that is still scheduled to be delivered on the 20th. I call customer service to find out why and to see if there is anything I can do and all they pretty much did was tell me that there is nothing they can do and that shipping time is not guaranteed. This whole order is messed up. It took them 5 days just to process part of the order(in those 5 days I had already received one of the items at my local store) and then part of my order(the part I need) has been sitting in the sorting facility for 3 days! And they say its going to take 4 more days to get here. THIS SORTING FACILITY IS ONLY 5 HOURS FROM ME!!! I am now going to have to go to my local walmart to purchase the part of the order that I need on Friday and return the item from the bundle once(if) it ever arrives. I bought the bundle because I was saving money. Well now when I return the item I won't even be able to get the full amount back that I had to go out and purchase from my store. I will be loosing $60!!!! Never again will I order from them. And they aren't even doing anything to try and make it right!
