Walmart Charges shipping for free shipping


I bought a card holder and other products on the online Walmart store. The website advertised free shipping over a $49 purchase. My total was over a hundred dollars, and I was charged for shipping!!!!!!!!! When I receive the order confirmation I saw that for 1 product (card holder that cost only $4) I was charged over $7 just for shipping. I called the day after I ordered this product, and sent an e-mail to the customer service trying to cancelled this product, but nobody replay to me. The next day, I called the Shoplet at walmart@shoplet.com call (800) 757-3015 and they said they could NOT cancel my order and I would have to pay for shipping if I decided to return this product. I received the product and it wasn't what I expected from what was in the picture. I am VERY unhappy with my Walmart experience and I would NOT EVER shop in this store again! I don't even know what shoplet is, but apparently if you buy something off of walmart's site it might not really be from them... i feel lied to and believe that i was treated unfairly, i believe you should give people a warning when they might not know what they are getting into... please email me back at spitfireboy23490@hotmail.com
