Rude unresposive overblown
I went to the photo shop at 9 am September 10th 2014 and found that it was still closed. Seeing the sign that said it was open at 9 I waited, along with others for some one to open it. At 9:15 I went to the customer service desk to enquire as to when it would be open. All I got in response was "well I guess someone called in sick" and he tried to dismiss me. I then said to the clerk in exact words " You know not putting a sing at the door or telling people standing there that the photo shop will not be open is retarted". He then pointed at me and yelled GET OUT OF THE STORE. I demanded to speck to the manager. He went to the manager and had a lengthy conversation with her as I waited by the entrance in front of the photo shop. Approaching me she was rolling her eyes and told me I had to leave the store for using derogatory words. My comments where were obviously misrepresented by the clerk to his manager and the fact that I wasted 20 minutes of my life where no concern of her's. She would not even tell me when she expected the photo shop to be open. The word retarded was not directed as a personal comment to the clerk. It was used as a description of the services I was receiving and the clerk used it as an excuse to be authoritative with me. I have never been so insulted and will never step into a Walmart again.
