CHEAPEES SUCKS - complaint


I placed 2 separte orders with walmart for 11 (12) packs of pepsi 1893 ginger flavor because they are not available in our area and we really enjoy them. Not to mention I was paying $22 for a 12 pack of pepsi, but the day they were to be delivered, I called UPS with the tracking number and they told me only the shipping labels were created, but never even shipped by the 3rd party CHEAPEES.COM. I trien several times in emailing and leaving voice messages on their recording because no real person answers the phone anymore and they couldn't even have the decency to return my email or phone call, so, I called walmart. Walmart told me that they were making a case and going to submit it and someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours.Literally, 4-5 minutes later I get 11 emails with separte refunds for all 11 (12) packs of the soda.WHY? I kept calling CHEAPEES.COM and leaving messages and emails again with no response. Well, I just got a response saying"I apologize for this issue.
It was damaged and they had to issue a refund". That's it. How can every 12 pack have been damaged? Why couldn't they just call me or send me an email? What terrible business with lack of good customer service.
