Bad tires

On the 28th of November of 2015, I put in two new tires, both were Douglas 215/65R16. Around last month I heard a sound coming from the front left tire. I took the car to various mechanics to determine the cause of the sound. After ruling out other possible problems, we switched the left and right tire, and the sound started coming from the right side. We later found that the tire was slightly deformed and determined that was the cause. I went to the store where I had bought the tires, because they had only gone 10K miles, and I wanted to exchange them, but since I didn't have the tire's warranty I had to pay for a new tire, on march 12 of 2017. The worker who assisted me said that in order to exchange it we would have to go directly to the manufacturer, and after changing the tire the sound was gone.
