Correct address for on-line payment of Statement billing
Could you PLEASE fix the email address on your statement for payment of a credit card bill? If I use the only one I can find on the statement is says visit us at walmart.com/credit. that takes you to a screen primarily to open a new credit account. A user has to know how to navigate through 3 or more screens in the left column(s), to get to the actual email address for card payment, which is www.walmartcreditcard.com or www2.onlinecreditcenter6.com
I called Synchrony Bank - got the same response - they transferred me back to your telephone system.
Would you please put one of these on the statement!!!
I want to be able to log on and pay my bill within 30 seconds, not spend 5 minutes of groping around a bunch of website screens....
It is much too difficult to navigate through all the other screens. I'm sure a lot of other people get aggravated by this - you can tell I am invested in getting this fixed when I tell you I have made 3 phone calls and spent at least 60 minutes talking to your call center people - they are of no help, and could not even provide me with this site address...Alas, what are we becoming?
