Dear Sir or Madam,

I live in White Plains, NY. The local Walmart at White Plains (275 Main Street, White Plains NY 10601) has had a broken MoneyGram machine for almost one year. It is very inconvenient for customers to wait on the long lines just to fill our Bluebird cards. There had been multiple complaints to the local Walmart but to no avail. Please address this issue.
