I just wanted to tell you what a friendly and very helpful employee you had named Bryan in the photo lab on Friday 8-18-17. I was not able to print my pictures, but he explained what needed to be done, got me the correct memory stick and he transferred my pictures for me. I told him how important it was for me to get these printed, and he said then he would be happy to help me. It has been a very long time since I have ever seen that kind of customer service, most would have said, sorry it can't be done and walk away. Not Bryan!! He sure made my day, thanks again. Please let him know.
